Abstract

Basedonthecurrentresearchsituationofthetranslationindustry,whichpresentsmultipleperspectivesandlargehorizons,combinedwithitsowntranslationpracticeandacademicresearchactivities,theauthorbelievesthattranslationnotonlycreatesaninternalrelationshipbetweenthetranslator,thetargetreaderandtheoriginalauthor,butalsoinlanguage,Thetransformationbetweentextandculturepresentsinteractivity.Thiskindoftranslationmakesthetranslator'stranslationprinciplesandtechniquesbasedontranslationhaveobviousindividualdifferences,whichleadstodifferenttranslationsofthesameoriginaltranslation.Basedonthis,theauthoranalyzeshisowntranslationworksfromthetheoryofpurpose,analyzesthecomprehensiveapplicationoftranslationtechniquesinsentences,andexplorestheexistenceofregularitybehindsuchdiversity,inordertoimprovethecomprehensivequalityoftranslationtheoryandpractice,andfurtherenhancetranslationability.

TheauthorwrotethistranslationpracticereportincombinationwithhisownEnglish-ChinesetranslationofMissingMax(Chapters20and23).Thisreportdiscussesthefivepartsoftheoriginoftranslation,translationtaskandtranslationprocess,translationtheory,caseanalysisandtranslationpractice.UndertheguidanceofthethreeprinciplesofSkopostheories,thefirsteightchaptersofMissingMax(Chapters20and23)weretranslated.ThistranslationpracticereportexplorestheapplicationmethodsofthethreeprinciplesofSkopostheories,andanalyzeswithtypicalcases,focusingontranslation.Inthefourthandfifthpartsofthistranslationpracticereport,theauthormainlysummarizestheregularcharacteristicsandexperienceoftheuseoftranslationtechniques.
